How to play Sara’s Cooking Class: Thai Beef Salad?

Head to Sara’s kitchen and learn how to make this spicy Thai food. First, collect the items you need. These are shown on the right side of the screen. Tap on the cupboards and the fridge to open the doors. Drag the items to the counter to get started.

This game is divided into four parts:

1. First, cut the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and the chili pepper. 
2. Next, prepare the salad dressing with lime juice, dark palm sugar, fish sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger and crushed garlic.
3. Use part of the salad dressing to marinate the steak. Grill the steak, and then cover it with foil. The steak will gently continue to cook inside the foil, and become more tender. 
4. Next, you can mix the sliced vegetables together with fresh koriander, mint leaves, Thai basil, chopped roasted peanuts, shredded lime leaves. Add the sliced beef and the salad dressing, and stir it all together.

Your spicy Thai beef salad is ready to serve with some spicy peanut dressing.
