• Prepare the Filling: Mix creamy ricotta cheese with sugar, candied orange peel, pistachios, cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon juice.
• Assemble and Decorate: Pipe the sweet filling into the cooled shells. Garnish the exposed ends with chocolate chips, nuts, or maraschino cherries.
