Hire some staff for each company you build, and upgrade the equipment. This will increase the rating of your neighbourhood and improve your tenants’ quality of life.

Complete tasks for extra cash

At the top of the screen, you can see the tasks you can carry out to earn extra cash. Here, you can also see your neighborhood’s rating, which will increase with each upgrade you make. Keep building - unlock all available upgrades and save enough money to invest in new, luxurious apartment buildings!

Tips:

When tenants move out, their rooms will need cleaning. The café, gym, and pool also get a bit grimy from time to time. Click on any brooms that appear to clean the place up. Your tenants won’t go into any rooms or buildings that have gotten too filthy!
