How to play Catch Thief?

Stop the thief! He’s trying to escape with a bag of stolen loot. And if he reaches one of the green exits, he will!

Each level is made up of a maze of streets. You and the thief can take turns moving. You can only move one police officer per turn, and you can only move to an empty spot.

You can catch the thief by driving him into a corner from which he can’t escape. Look carefully at the network of roads, and quickly block all possible avenues of escape!
